Because nature never goes out of style.   A while ago I found these pics of the Sir Seewoosagur Botanic Garden, which we visited, during our vacation in Mauritius. A great memory that I wouldn’t like to withhold from you. The Botanical Garden is a wonderful place and home to an incredible variety of tropical plants and old buildings.   I would say, it’s a small corner of paradise!   You’ll be blown away by the amazing collection of 85 types of palm trees, from bottle palms, royal palms to the talipot palm which blooms every 40 years or so and then dies!  The Botanic Garden, formally known as Sir Seewoosagur Botanic Garden, is located in the proximity of Port-Louis in the district of Pamplemousse.   Nearly 300 years ago the garden initially opened as a private garden by the French governor of Mauritius.  There are endless

How to start a weekend in Paris?

Nothing Better Than To Start A Weekend In Paris Above The Roofs Of This City.   Finally the long-awaited weekend in Paris was around the corner. Since November, I was looking forward, like a small child, to this weekend. This trip was a birthday gift of my beloved boy, including tickets of the Depeche Mode concert (Stade De France). Our apartment, which we rented at Airbnb, was in the 9th district of Paris. It was only a 10 minutes walk from the train station “Gare Du Nord”.     The 9th district is one of the  20 arrondissements (neighborhoods) of Paris.
