Stop “Body Shaming” And Love Yourself- You Deserve It!!!

A while ago I realized that “body shaming” has become something big into our social life, especially among women. Even I often have caught myself, how I was ashamed to show my body in bikini. Because I’m not a skinny person and my little belly is always there. That’s why I always felt more comfortable in wide clothes. Ok ok, I know some tricks to dress favorable. But honestly, sometimes I still have the same feeling. So I started to think about the “body shaming” issue. After many considerations and research, I realized how terrible it is that people judge for physical features. The question is, do we really want to live in a world where it is more important to have a good physical appearance than what you do and feel?   I think, nobody really wants it … right ???   As styling and image consultant it is indeed my job to refresh the appearance

How Is The Best Way To Add The Trendcolor Lilac In Your Wardrobe?

Posted on

Lilac has made its way from the 80s to the 2018 fashion trend color.     As I mentioned in one of my previous posts “Spring 2018 Trend Color” that Pantone announced “Ultra Violet” as the Color of the Year for 2018. When I saw them for the first time, I could not keep my hand off them. I just had to grab them. After almost half a

I think to broke out with shorts, skirts and summer dresses is a way too soon.            To be honest, we just had a couple of really warm days here in Gran Canaria (2 days of Kalima/warm wind from the Sahara), where I already wore some nice spring pieces. But now it’s time to take a step back and start the winter-spring-transition slowly. This outfit is a great combo of one of my favorite winter sweaters. I paired the black and white striped sweater with a skinny jeans, and these classic black booties. As Accessories I wore a Fedora hat and my black quilted crossbody bag. This quilted crossbody

How Reading Makes You Better At Life?

What is reading for you? For me, reading is a big gift. You can open a book again and again and it gives you someplace to go when you have to stay where you are.       I love books because I love the moment when you open one and sink into it, you can escape from the world, into a wonderful story. Wherever I am, if I’ve got a book I have a place I can go and just be happy. Like the place I found one day at the Enjo Nature Farm. The place is a quite and calm place, hidden behind old walls, in a a relative comfortable surrounding and without interruption. There are books waiting for you to spend time and to lose yourself.     I’ve found out that no matter what I read, the act of reading every day has helped me in nearly every aspect of my
