Fresh Veggi Thai Salad – The Perfect Side Dish for the Easter-Barbecue

Today I’d like to share a delicious Spring-inspired recipe. It’s a fresh veggi thai salad for a fit and healthy lifestyle and spring clean eating! I prepared for todays Easter-Barbecue. If you like it hot, fresh and spicy, then you will love this salad. I really like the freshness of the salad and I appreciate that it is a perfect and fast side dish for any occasions. I also tried it with Sushi and Curry, which fits perfectly. It’s really easy, quick and suitable for every level of cooking. Even my boyfriend can manage it…;-)))     So here are the steps of the fresh veggi thai salad:   1.) First, prepare the dressing. Easter-Look of the day – 12/04/17

Which Easter-Look I should wear this weekend?   Easter is almost here. Oh my goodness, how time flies!!! We just celebrated Christmas … !? So I have to prepare quickly a cute Easter-Look. But here in Gran Canaria, Easter can often be quite chilly. Especially in the mountains. Our plans for this year’s Easter weekend are a nice brunch, a romantic Easter picnic in the mountains and a good barbecue with friends.   So…how is the weather forecast??? Should I have to wear tights and a long-sleeved sweater with an Easter dress??? Nooooo….!!!! I hope it won’t be necessary… 😉 Because I have prepared such a beautiful outfit. I have combined a blue striped shorts with a cute blue diagonal wrapped front top with V-neck, to a classic beige blazer and brown suede sandals with fringes.      Keep your fingers crossed, that it won’t be too chilly.   What about you?
