With a season change upon us, it’s important to take extra good care of ourselves. Therefore, I would like to show my feel goodie foodie meal plan for one day, full of vitamin, protein and fiber. Good recipe ideas on how to re-vamp without feeling hungry or doing anything too extreme. Just to feel goodie…!!!
This crunchy and tropical oatmeal with coconut flakes, almonds, cashew nuts, pumpkin seeds and chía is made without sugar, and with all my favorite fruity ingredients like mango, dragon- and passion fruit. A freshly squeezed orange juice and a good tea. A good start of the day…!!!
I thought what the heck is Cloud Bread ? Bread with no carbs? I saw this recipe few months ago and with the name like that I knew I had to give it a try. I’m not sure why I waited this long. This Cloud Bread is so soft, airy, fluffy and practically melts in your mouth. It is very delicious home-made bread replacement that is practically carb-free, gluten-free and high in protein. Just awesome…!!!
My favorite way to enjoy my cloud bread is to put avocado, slices of tomato and spicy sheep cheese on top or with a piece of Serrano ham.Yummy!
Get the most moist chocolate pumpkin muffins without using any oil at all! These muffins are wheat free, refined sugar free, and the perfect afternoon snack, sweetened with bananas and the airy, fluffy mass by fresh pumpkin mash.. I just want to lay by the fire, drink hot tea or coffee, watching a good old classic movie and eat one of these delicious chocolate muffins.
If you’re still a bit hesitant about sushi, you should give this sushi rice bowl a try. It’s easy to put together, and you can customize the ingredients to your liking. And if you’re an avid sushi roll lover, this is a fun, different way to get those flavors!
Start out with the rice. Once the rice is done cooking, pour the vinegar mixture over it and give it a gentle stir.
The toppings is really up to you. These are some of my favorite toppings: pickled ginger, wasabi, soy sauce, avocado, carrots, toasted sesame seeds, seaweed snacks, and Sriracha yogurt.
I also like to have a source of protein. Here, I simply pickle a fresh tuna steak in self-made teriyaki sauce and added rice, avocado, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, carrots and spring onions. Feel free to use another raw fish if you have a source you can trust. But you could also use crab, shrimp, or whatever you like.There are no limits…!!!
Olive oil and seasoned salt are all you need to turn fresh kale leaves into delicious good-for-you baked snacks. Let the kale cool and enjoy it as a crunchy alternative to potato chips. I added some carrots slices because I wasn’t a big fan of kale? But I gave it a try and I must say it´s really delicious…
Everything is a perfect for meal-prep. You can easily double this batch and store the extras in a glass container or Tupperware for the days to come.
