Fresh Veggi Thai Salad – The Perfect Side Dish for the Easter-Barbecue

Today I’d like to share a delicious Spring-inspired recipe. It’s a fresh veggi thai salad for a fit and healthy lifestyle and spring clean eating! I prepared for todays Easter-Barbecue. If you like it hot, fresh and spicy, then you will love this salad. I really like the freshness of the salad and I appreciate that it is a perfect and fast side dish for any occasions. I also tried it with Sushi and Curry, which fits perfectly. It’s really easy, quick and suitable for every level of cooking. Even my boyfriend can manage it…;-)))     So here are the steps of the fresh veggi thai salad:   1.) First, prepare the dressing. My feel goodie foodie meal plan!!! With a season change upon us, it’s important to take extra good care of ourselves. Therefore, I would like to show my feel goodie foodie meal plan for one day, full of vitamin, protein and fiber. Good recipe ideas on how to re-vamp without feeling hungry or doing anything too extreme. Just to feel goodie…!!!
