Are you looking for the right gym outfit that’ll motivate you to go to the gym?

If you’re just starting to get in shape. First, I want to say, thats so great! I know it’s always a little tough at first, but you’re thinking that a cute workout outfit will help you stay with it?

You are right…! I always find that when you look good, you feel good and everything including exercise is way more fun, you will stick to it. That’s why I combined a right gym outfit that works perfectly to work out and  look gorgeous at the same time.

These days we’re really lucky, because there is so much choice! You’ll find the right guy outfit for every body type and every kind of exercise. I would like to show you today a total Pull& Bear look, plus some tips for how to look fabulous in workout wear.

TIP 1 – WEAR A BRIGHT COLOR

Color gives you energy. It’s true!  Color has a psychological effect on the wearer. Especially if you are wearing the adequate colors of your determinate color type. Brings out your natural beauty, let you shine and give you positive vibes.

 

TIP 2  – FITNESS CLOTHES FOR WOMEN SHOULD BE STREAMLINED

No one looks good in a big, baggy t-shirt. Your workout clothes should glide over your body. Thin fitted, but not tight. For example the shirt I wore is made of light and fresh  breathable material  without seams.

 

TIP 3  WEAR PANTS THAT FLATTER YOUR FIGURE

Skinny leggings that taper are a popular choice, but they are not the only option. Pants with a slight flare or straight leg pant. The flare helps balance out hips and bottom. Or you like it really cozy, then grab a jogger…;-)). I decided to wear a skinny an a three-quarter cut.

TIP #4 – STAY ON TREND

By keeping up with the latest trends in workout clothes, you’ll feel more hip and happy to work out. Stay modern to stay motivated! The camouflage print and color combination of my shirt with the mash details are really trendy and as well the kind of how I wore the shirt (central half tuck).

TIP # 5 – FRESHEN UP YOUR SNEAKERS

There’s nothing like a dirty pair of sneakers shoes to ruin your outfit.  Pop them in the wash or buy a new pair. Heck, have a few pairs and switch them around to go with your outfits. I really like to use sneakers in the same color type of the outfit. Like these old school sneakers of Pull&Bear.
