Floral Kimono, An Essential Garment For This Summer Season

Posted on

One big trend this summer is the floral kimono. Light and airy, kimonos are the perfect completer piece to throw on. If you walk into almost any store you will spotted one, or two, or three different kinds of kimonos on the racks.         Thats why today I would like to show you one of my favs summer outfits. I wore a floral kimono and my beloved straw hat, which you have already seen on my blog. I’m loving this spin on florals for summer, especially because you can keep the rest of your outfit simple and let the kimono make the statement. But take a look for yourself. Here is my fav floral kimono outfit:     These fotos are taken at my current place of residence, Pozo Izquierdo. The windiest place in Europe. Actually this day wasn’t so windy, but still enough to destroy my hair styling…  😆

I bring clothes to mix and match, which is easily accomplished if you stick to a single color

But not always we have such a warm and cozy summer night. Especially not in Germany. Therefore, this look is sufficiently warm and cozy, even if it is sometimes a little cold outside.   But first of all, we all love denim right? So you are agree, that denim is our favorite wardrobe essential? Because this year we are having denim skirts coming back in a big way. This beautiful garment comes in modern shapes, lengths, cuts, and washes. Look for minis, pencil skirts, long and midis, as well as distressed and front buttoned versions. You can make denim skirt work for almost any occasion. Keep it casual with a cool hoodie, leather jacket and knotted shirt.
