The mini dress is one of the most fashion item that never really goes out of style. Anyone can rock a mini-dress as long as you pay attention to the shape or rather cut and fabric of the dress. It’s a timeless item and therefore an ideal piece for our wardrobe.

The shape of this mini dress has a slimming effect due to the V-neckline, the A-sillouette and the fact that doesn’t fit snugly. The A-line mini-dress is a basic dress that has been customized to put on and feel good. It fits loose at the waist while slightly touching hips and thighs and it’s broader at the hem. So it’s easy to show off your legs favourable and look great with the right choice of shoes. I chose my new combats boots, because mini-dresses with big boots are a classic pairing. But you can also pair it with classic brown suede boots with fringes in boho-style or even more elegant shoes, like a pair of heels. It depends on your style!
And as I told you in my last article about the Fashion-Trends of the 90s, the combats boots are everywhere this season, and the trend is not going away anytime soon. These classic black ankle boots are just as versatile as the dress. Try styling them, like me, with a romantic ruffled mini-dress and flower print or with a chunky sweater-dress and plaid long sleeve shirt or cropped jeans and a band tee. You see everything is possible!
Although the bohemian trend is often associated with the summer months, my outfit proves that it can easily transition into fall. The images show you that layering of boho pieces like longs sleeve mini-dresses, floppy hats and boots is quite easy. If it’s too chilly outside you can add chunky knit cardigans, the latest denim jackets and of course some tights.
Never underestimate a well fitted hat to a fall look especially paired with a mini-dress. There are a lot of stylish ways to wear a hat. It’s the perfect accessory to share your personal style and it works the whole year-round.
Wearing a hat isn’t all that difficult. Plop it on your head and you’re good to go. It’s not how you wear it necessarily but what you wear it with. Making sure it goes with the rest of your outfit.
This is my outfit what I like to share with you today. I paired my bohemian styled look with my super comfy mini-dress, a woolen nude colored fedora hat and my black boots. In my opinion I needed nothing more. Because I wanted the dress speaks for itself.
Do you love wearing a mini-dress, too? What’s your favorite style? I hope this post has gave you some inspiration on how to wear a mini-dress in fall 2017.
So, I would love to hear from you.
Stay Stylish and have a nice weekend!!!
